Terms and booking conditions
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
- Accommodation arrivals is after 4.00pm and departure by 10.00am
- Accommodation single night supplements may apply
- Full payments is required at time of booking but will be refunded (less a 20% administration fee) if a cancellation is received in writing at least 2 months prior to the start date of your holiday
- Whilst every effort is made to provide you with the holiday as described, sometimes issues out of our control e.g. power cuts, flooding etc, can prevent certain services being supplied. In such circumstances, every effort will be made to rectify the situation or offer alternative services. No liability will fall upon the company for restrictions outside of our control
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking if we consider that it is unsuitable for the client or their destination
